Understanding the importance of a compelling narrative, Akio sought insights from various industries to comprehend executive decision-making processes better. This quest led him to collaborate with David Kalishman, a seasoned veteran in Executive Strategy Consulting with over a decade of experience. Akio’s vision was to integrate Strategy Consulting principles into tech sales, crafting structured and impactful narratives to win over the C-Suite.


This innovative approach was the catalyst for the inception of Bridge City Advisory. We leverage scientifically validated frameworks to create stories that build trust with customers, highlight the strengths and weaknesses in the sales process, and ultimately, secure more deals. David Kalishman

David Kalishman is an experienced strategic consultant with over 10 years of expertise in the field and $50 million in project sales. Throughout his career, he has worked at Ernst and Young and Grant Thornton. He has also served as an advisor to the White House and the Department of Defense showcasing his knowledge and involvement in high-level decision-making processes. One of David's notable strengths lies in his deep understanding of the relationship between sales and consulting. When he's not immersed in the world of consulting, David enjoys the vibrant coastal life in Charleston. He is an avid surfer, kayaker, and golfer. You will find him often at the many seafood restaurants throughout the city.
